I'm a journalist, critic and essayist in New York state. I'm also the founder and editorial director of . . .
I write & publish stories about people who do extraordinary things. Many of those people work in the arts.
My writing for the Weekly Standard led to an NEA Arts Journalism Institute Fellowship at Columbia University. I've worked as a general assignment reporter and I've written narrative features. I'm currently pursuing an MFA in creative writing. You can find my portfolio here, but be advised - I'm not good at keeping it up to date. You can also contact me at natalie dot axton at gmail dot com.
Every so often I take to Twitter. You can also find me on Facebook.
